Bvlgari is an Italian-based luxury product design house founded by Sotirios Voulgaris in the year 1884. The business name is derived from the creator’s last name, so the term is pronounced as if it were written as the “Bulgari.”

The creator of the designer house, Sotirio Voulgaris, was formerly from Greece, where he was educated from the jeweler’s skill. He started the Bvlgari designer house in the year 1884.

The business’s trademark shop was launched in the year 1905 with the help of his sons. Opened in Via Dei Condotti, and it soon becomes famous and successful. The very first global shops were opened in the year 1970 in the cities of Paris, New York, Monte Carlo, and Geneve. Bvlgari had their own showrooms in the Pierre Hotel in the city of New York for so many years, and now they have nearly 300 stores globally (Multinational).
